Shipping and Payment

1. Shipping: We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.

For shipping outside of Croatia, please allow an additional 3-5 business days.

Preorder shipping: All preorders will be shipped 15 days following your order.

Self-pickup is available on specific dates, as indicated at checkout. Pickup location: Masarykova 3/1, Zagreb.

2. Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and are shown at checkout.

3. Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. During busier times, delays may occur. We always do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.

4. Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

5. International Shipping: Available to select countries. Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. No taxes or import duties for EU countries.
