Order procesing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM), depending on product availability.

Please note that during busy periods or holidays, processing and delivery times may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Pick Up In Store

You can choose to pick up your order in person at our Atelier: Masarykova ulica 3/1, Zagreb.

Pick-up is available during our regular business hours.

Croatia

We offer two delivery options within Croatia:

1. Box Now Locker Delivery

€1.80 for orders under €50
Free shipping for orders over €50
Delivery time: 1–3 business days after your order is shipped
Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday)

Note: Box Now is a locker delivery service. You will receive your package at your selected Box Now locker and need to pick it up there.

In some areas of Croatia, Box Now lockers may not be available. During checkout, you can check availability and select your preferred locker.

2. GLS Home Delivery

€5.00 for orders under €150
Free shipping for orders over €150
Delivery time: 3–7 business days after your order is shipped
Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday)

GLS delivers directly to your home address.

European Union

€11.00 for orders under €300
Free shipping for orders over €300
Delivery time: 7–15 business days after your order is shipped

All EU orders are shipped via Croatian Post.

Rest of the World

€15.00 flat rate shipping
Delivery time: 10–15 business days after your order is shipped

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other potential fees are not included in the shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
