Returns & Refunds

At Atelier, each piece of jewelry is handmade with care and precision. Every item is thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before being sent to you to ensure it meets our highest quality standards.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase, as all sales are final. The only exception applies to items with a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will gladly replace the defective item with an identical one or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at store@atelier.com.hr. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the item received. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for items confirmed to have a manufacturing defect and will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Final Notes

As all Atelier jewelry is handcrafted, slight variations in color, shape, or texture are part of the piece’s natural character and are not considered defects. We appreciate your understanding and your trust in our handmade craftsmanship.
